The PC220-7 crawler hydraulic excavator is the latest excavator jointly manufactured by Japan's KOMATSU Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and China's Shantui Company. The machine's backhoe bucket capacity is 0.8 cubic meters. The engine adopts Komatsu SA6D102E-2 four-stroke, in-line, vertical, water-cooled, direct injection, and turbocharger diesel engine with a rated power of 107KW (2200r/min). Its hydraulic system uses a closed center load sensing system (CLSS). CLSS is a method of controlling the swash plate angle of a swash plate variable piston pump to achieve constant power control. The machine is equipped with a GPS (Global Positioning System) management system. , the company's management center can track the machine at any time through the Internet, so that managers can know the working status of the machine, make timely suggestions to the operator on the maintenance and fault conditions of the engine and hydraulic system, and analyze the cause of the fault to eliminate it.
